When will I receive my license code?
Codes are normally emailed within 1 minute of payment and also shown on the order page that opens after checkout. If you have not received it after a while, check your spam folder; if it is still missing, contact support.
Can I get a refund?
Yes. Within 7 calendar days of purchase, and provided the code has not yet been activated, you can request a full refund by emailing support. Activated codes are deemed delivered and are not refundable.
Which payment methods are supported?
Through Stripe we accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Link. Full card numbers and CVVs are handled by Stripe and never reach our servers.
